Service Description

Age-appropriate sessions that help students understand their body, their emotions, and what to do when things feel too big. Students learn: What is a nervous system How their body reacts to stress and overwhelm How to recognise their early warning signs Simple reset tools (movement, breathing, grounding) Ways to return to calm and focus so learning can continue Because regulation is a skill - and it can be taught.
